A new report reveals a major disconnect between AI investments and workforce readiness. While 95% of companies say they’ve invested in AI, nearly half of CEOs report that employees are resistant—or even hostile—to its use. The study, released by Kyndryl, highlights three key obstacles to AI adoption: lack of trust, insufficient change management, and widespread skills gaps. Only a small fraction of companies have successfully aligned their workforce strategies with AI goals, putting many at risk of falling behind in the race for innovation.
