Quarter-Life Career Crisis? You’re Not Alone, Says New Survey

More than half of U.S. workers aged 20–35 say they’ve faced a quarter-life career crisis, according to a new FlexJobs survey, citing stress, burnout, boredom, and uncertainty about the future as key factors. Despite many reporting job engagement, a majority also feel overwhelmed or stuck in their roles. The findings highlight a growing need for flexible work options, upskilling opportunities, and supportive leadership. FlexJobs says employers can help by offering accessible resources that support both professional growth and personal well-being.
