At the 2025 U.S. Cheese Championship, Ohio’s Guggisberg Cheese took the top prize with their Swiss wheel, beating out 1,892 entries from 28 states. While Wisconsin dominated with the most gold medals, Ohio’s victory shows that the Midwest’s cheese game is stronger than ever.
