Ben & Jerry’s Co-Founder Ben Cohen Arrested at Senate Hearing Protesting RFK Jr.

Ben & Jerry’s co-founder Ben Cohen was arrested on Capitol Hill after disrupting a Senate hearing featuring HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Cohen was among seven protesters removed by Capitol Police, who say charges included obstruction, resisting arrest, and assault. Protesters repeatedly shouted “RFK kills people with hate,” forcing a pause in the proceedings. Cohen has a history of activism-related arrests in Washington, D.C.
