Barron Trump Alerted Police After Witnessing Assault on Video Call

FaceTime Call That Changed Everything

A woman testifying in a London court says an unexpected FaceTime call to a friend — Barron Trump, the 19-year-old son of President Donald Trump — helped save her life during a violent assault by her ex-boyfriend. According to testimony reported by U.K. outlet Metro, Trump contacted emergency services after witnessing the alleged attack unfold on the call.

The incident occurred in the early hours of Jan. 18, 2025. The woman, whose identity is protected by the court, said she managed to reach Trump during the assault, placing a FaceTime call as her former partner allegedly attacked her.

Quick Action in a Critical Moment

Court testimony and bodycam footage revealed that Trump saw disturbing images during the brief call and immediately contacted emergency operators. According to recordings played in court, he told authorities he could hear screaming and saw the woman being hit before the call abruptly ended.

Recognizing the severity of the situation, Trump provided emergency services with the woman’s address and emphasized the urgency of the situation. Police responded quickly, arriving at the scene shortly after the call was placed.

An officer later confirmed on bodycam footage that the emergency call had come from the United States and that the informant was “likely Donald Trump’s son.”

‘He Helped Save My Life’

The woman testified that Trump’s actions were pivotal, telling the court the call “helped save my life.” She later confirmed Trump’s involvement directly to police and recalled asking him whether he had contacted authorities, to which he responded that calling emergency services was “the best thing” he could do.

Trump reportedly told police he chose not to confront the alleged attacker directly, believing that doing so could escalate the situation.

The accused, a 22-year-old man from east London, has denied multiple charges, including assault and rape. The trial remains ongoing.

Trump has not publicly commented on the case.
