Shooter Targets Dallas ICE Facility, Motive Remains Unclear

The motives behind a deadly rooftop shooting at a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Dallas remain unclear, authorities said Wednesday. A gunman, identified as 29-year-old Joshua Jahn, opened fire on a detainee van in the sallyport area of the building, killing one detainee and critically injuring two others before taking his own life.
