Country Stars Unite for ‘Keepin’ It Country Jam’

Lee Brice and Randy Houser to Headline 8th Annual Daryle Singletary ‘Keepin’ It Country Jam’

Nashville will once again tip its hat to traditional country music and a beloved voice of the 1990s when the 8th Annual Daryle Singletary “Keepin’ It Country Jam” returns to The Nashville Palace on Thursday, February 12. Headlined by Lee Brice and Randy Houser, the benefit concert has become one of Music City’s most meaningful nights, blending authentic country sound with a mission rooted in generosity and remembrance.

Often considered the unofficial kickoff to the National Wild Turkey Federation convention, the annual event brings together artists, fans, and industry veterans who share a commitment to preserving country music’s core values while giving back to causes that matter.

A Night of Country Music With Purpose

Hosted by ’90s country comedian Cledus T. Judd, the evening promises equal parts heart and humor. The stage will feature performances from Drew Baldridge, Billy Dean, Rhett Akins, Mo Pitney, Eric Blankenship, Duke Henry, and Robert Bacon — a lineup that reflects multiple generations of country artists united by respect for the genre’s roots.

The “Keepin’ It Country Jam” was created not just as a concert, but as a living tribute to Daryle Singletary, whose music embodied the traditional country sound at a time when the genre was rapidly changing. Each year, the event grows in both scale and impact, drawing artists who willingly donate their time and talent in support of the Daryle Singletary Memorial Trust.

Reserved seating and general admission tickets are currently available, with VIP tables nearly sold out due to returning supporters who have helped build the event’s legacy year after year.

Honoring the Legacy of Daryle Singletary

Daryle Singletary’s influence on country music continues to resonate decades after his debut. Rising to prominence in the mid-1990s, Singletary was known for his unwavering dedication to hardcore country — a sound steeped in storytelling, steel guitars, and emotional honesty.

His self-titled debut album, released in 1995, delivered multiple Billboard Hot Country charting singles, including the enduring hit “I Let Her Lie,” which peaked at No. 2. Songs like “Too Much Fun” and “Amen Kind of Love” followed, solidifying Singletary as a torchbearer for traditional country during an era of experimentation.

Over the course of his career, Singletary released a string of albums that honored the genre’s past while still speaking to contemporary audiences. His final album, There’s Still A Little Country Left, released in 2015, now reads as both a statement and a legacy. Singletary passed away in 2018 at the age of 46 due to a blood clot, but his music — and the values behind it — continue to inspire.

A Community Effort Fueled by Friendship

One of the defining characteristics of the “Keepin’ It Country Jam” is the depth of support it receives from the country music community. Over the past seven years, an impressive roster of artists has taken the stage to honor Singletary, including Jamey Johnson, Neal McCoy, Lorrie Morgan, Easton Corbin, Lee Greenwood, Collin Raye, Craig Campbell, Rhonda Vincent, and many others.

These appearances aren’t driven by contracts or promotion, but by personal relationships and shared respect. Many of the artists involved were friends of Singletary or admirers of his commitment to traditional country music, making the event feel less like a concert and more like a family reunion with a purpose.

Concerts 4 A Cause and a Record of Giving Back

The event is produced by Concerts 4 A Cause, a nonprofit organization founded in 2008 by artist manager Josh Bleidt. Since its inception, Concerts 4 A Cause has leveraged the power of music and celebrity-driven events to raise millions of dollars for a wide range of charitable efforts, including children’s hospitals, veterans organizations, disaster relief, music education, and first responders.

Recent initiatives highlight the organization’s continued impact. In February 2024 and February 2025 alone, more than $190,000 was raised to benefit the children of Daryle Singletary. Additional efforts have supported wounded police officers, first responders, and school music programs, including the donation of more than 100 guitars to Alabama schools in 2024.

As the 8th Annual “Keepin’ It Country Jam” approaches, organizers expect another powerful night of music, memories, and meaningful giving — all in the spirit of a man who believed country music should never forget where it came from.

Tickets and additional event information are available through Outhouse Tickets.
