When the summer heat rises, no one wants to turn on the stove. That’s where no-cook, nutrient-packed lunches come in. These simple recipes keep you energized and cool without compromising flavor or nutrition.

Watermelon Feta Mint Salad
A hydrating, sweet watermelon salad that feels like summer in every bite.

Ingredients:
2 cups cubed watermelon
1/4 cup crumbled feta
1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
Drizzle of balsamic glaze (optional)

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Toss and serve chilled.

Hummus Rainbow Wraps
A colorful, crunchy lunch that’s packed with fiber and plants to help you stay energized.

Ingredients:
Whole wheat or gluten-free wrap
1/4 cup hummus
Sliced red bell pepper, shredded carrots, cucumber sticks, spinach

Directions:

Ingredients (layered bottom to top):

Directions:
Layer ingredients in a mason jar. Shake before eating or pour into a bowl.
