The report also reveals how poorly some Gen Z employees handle constructive criticism, with some quitting, calling out sick, or turning to social media instead of processing feedback professionally. As expectations shift in the workplace, many employers are grappling with how to balance accountability with the emotional sensitivities of a new generation.
