Majority of Voters Demand Accountability in Wake of “RussiaGate” Findings

A new Rasmussen Reports survey reveals that 69% of likely voters agree with former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard’s call for accountability over alleged intelligence manipulation during the Obama administration’s national security investigations—an issue at the heart of the long-running “RussiaGate” scandal. More than half of respondents believe it’s likely that officials committed crimes to promote a false Trump-Russia narrative, with 37% calling it very likely. Notably, support for accountability spans political and demographic lines, with 74% of Hispanic voters and 86% of Republicans agreeing on the need for consequences. The findings follow renewed scrutiny of past national security practices and growing public demand for transparency and justice.
