Landry and Henry Offer $20K Bounty Per Fugitive as Manhunt for Escaped New Orleans Inmates Escalates

The search continues for seven inmates who escaped the Orleans Justice Center last Friday, including multiple accused murderers. Louisiana Gov. Jeff Landry has raised the reward to $20,000 per fugitive—with help from State Senate President Cameron Henry and Crime Stoppers—to speed up their capture. “These are violent offenders who need to be put back into police custody immediately,” Landry said. Local, state, and federal authorities are working around the clock as pressure mounts to bring the fugitives to justice.
