The Department of Justice has lodged a formal complaint against U.S. District Judge Ana Reyes, alleging misconduct and potential bias in a case challenging the Trump administration’s transgender military service ban. The complaint, addressed to the Chief Judge of the D.C. Circuit, cites courtroom transcripts that purportedly show Reyes engaging in inappropriate rhetoric and making statements that compromised the dignity of the proceedings.
