Yes, you can satisfy your sweet tooth while staying healthy this summer. These desserts are
fruit-forward, naturally sweet, and totally refreshing.

Frozen Yogurt Berry Bark
Like a frozen parfait you can snap into pieces.

Ingredients:
1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 cup mixed berries
1 tbsp honey
Sprinkle of granola or coconut flakes

Directions:
Spread yogurt on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Top with berries, drizzle honey. Freeze
2–3 hours, then break into pieces.

Coconut Date Energy Balls
Perfect for beach days, hikes, or when you need a sweet bite.
Ingredients:
1 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup almonds
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional)

Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Roll into balls and chill.

Grilled Peaches with Honey & Cinnamon
A simple summer treat that feels indulgent and cozy.

Ingredients:
Halved peaches
Honey drizzle
Cinnamon sprinkle

Directions:
Grill peaches 2–3 mins per side. Drizzle with honey and cinnamon.
