Saturday Brain Boost: Fun Facts to Make You Think—🚀 Time Warping History: Cleopatra & the Moon Landing! 🌙🏺

When we think of ancient Egypt, we often lump all of its history together, but the timeline is far longer than most people realize. The Great Pyramid of Giza—the most iconic of Egypt’s pyramids—was completed around 2,500 B.C., while Cleopatra VII, the last active ruler of Egypt, lived between 69 B.C. and 30 B.C..

This means Cleopatra ruled over 2,400 years after the Great Pyramid was built. But here’s the mind-blowing part: the moon landing happened in 1969 A.D., just about 2,000 years after Cleopatra! This means she lived closer in time to astronauts walking on the moon than to the construction of the pyramids that defined her homeland.

It’s a fascinating reminder that history isn’t just ancient—it’s layered in ways that completely shift our perspective! Who knew time could play tricks on our sense of the past? 🤯
