A delicious,, satisfying plant-based dinner with garden fresh flavors.

Ingredients:
1 cup cooked quinoa
Grilled zucchini, bell pepper, and red onion
2 tbsp basil pesto
Optional: goat cheese crumbles or chickpeas

Directions:
Toss quinoa and grilled veggies with pesto. Top with cheese or beans.


Zucchini Noodle Stir-Fry with Sesame-Ginger Sauce

Ingredients:
